Mr. S. C. Metcalfe who is the proprietor has been involved in the Building trade for 25 years. Is experienced enough to run the company, having previously worked for Sun Microsystems as a Senior Engineer, also sub-contracted to various major building firms within the construction industry and has been contracted by Southampton City Council to carry out Government grant-aided house renovations.
